Delivery Policy

DELIVERY POLICY

Good Karma business days are daily from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. For any questions or concerns regarding your order, you may send us a message through Whats App/Viber: 0945 224 4166 or you may e-mail us at hello@goodkarmabakery.com.

For pick-ups, please wait for our message regarding the time that your order will be ready. before you come to pick up your order. If you wish to book your own rider, please coordinate with us and we will send you a message when your order is ready.

We aim to deliver Good Karma to your door step the good karma way. Our goal is to make sure that you receive and love your order just as much as we love making it for you. We do our best to make sure that you get the highest quality of food and beverages and customer service that you deserve.

We send out your orders as soon as they are completed, or on your preferred delivery date. Changing dates is not allowed. For same day deliveries, only orders that are sent before our cut off time at 1 PM will be accommodated. Orders after the cut off will be set for the following day, or the customerโ€™s preferred date of delivery.

We try to make sure that all orders are received as soon as possible. This may be affected by the number of orders within that day, lockdown regulations, and unforeseen circumstances.

We rely on third-party couriers to bring you your order. As mentioned, delays in your order caused by factors beyond our, and the riderโ€™s control. Please be kind and patient to the riders.

If your order and/or delivery fee is COD, please have your payment ready for a quick and smooth transaction upon the riderโ€™s arrival.

We require your phone numbers so that we, and the riders, may contact you regarding concerns and updates on the delivery of your order.

Once your order has left our production center, we are not liable for any damages that the item may incur during transit. Neither are we liable for any possible spoilage or food-borne illness.

You accept full responsibility for safe and proper storage of your order. Upon receiving your order, kindly refrigerate your cakes and drinks until they are consumed.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping rates are standardised based on the distance of our production centre to the customer's delivery address. These rates can be viewed at check out.ย
