Storage and Care Instructions

Longevity and freshness of the flowers will depend on a number of considerations including handling and environmental factors. Since our flowers are naturally delicate, please follow our storage and care instructions to make your lovely bouquets and fresh arrangements last longer:

  1. Store your flowers in a cool place and away from harsh sunlight and extreme heat.
  2. Flowers will last longer when placed in a vase with clean water.
  3. Prune the leaves that are below the waterline. As part of normal wear and tear, exposed petals that would appear bruised or wrinkly should be removed to allow the flowers to further blossom.
  4. Trim the flower stems (around 2-4cm) from the bottom to encourage water flow.
  5. Flowers generally last longer in cold temperatures but make sure that they are adequately hydrated to avoid faster deterioration.

 

Substitution, Handling, and Delivery

We endeavor to send out high-quality arrangements with fresh flowers. Some arrangements, owing to the seasonality and limited supply of certain flowers, may require substitution of materials based on availability. They may be replaced with similar items of equal value without prior notice.

We make all reasonable arrangements to ensure that the flowers are delivered in top quality. You will be notified on the estimated timeline of delivery. Note that this is merely an estimate and is not a guarantee on our part on a specific timeslot.

Our deliveries will be handled by third-party providers. Our third-party providers will solely be liable for any negligence or mishandling of the products once dispatch from our commissary is completed. Any deviation from our recommended mode of transportation (which was carefully chosen based the size and condition of the flowers or associated product) will require specific instructions and consent of the customer. In this case, the customer and the third-party provider shall bear any responsibilities related to any issues on handling and storage while in transit. Good Karma reserves the right to limit its liability for any and all actions, claims, proceedings, losses, costs, damages and liabilities of any nature that the customer may incur or suffer on account of any negligence – direct, indirect or contributory – of any of the third-party service providers and of the customer. For any comments or concerns, we request you to politely communicate to our team. We implement a zero-tolerance policy against violence and harassment of any form towards any of our team members and our third-party providers.
